Help us make Massage part of everyday life.
ROMA is building a new kind of massage experience across Dubai: beautiful spaces, trusted treatments and exceptional hospitality at an accessible price. We're building the team that will bring it to life.
Great experiences start with great people.
We're looking for warm, talented and dependable people who care about how others feel.
Experience matters, but so do attitude, attention to detail, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
Every member of the ROMA team plays a part in creating an environment people trust, enjoy and want to return to.

We're not building a traditional spa.
We're building a Modern Massage club that people make part of their routine — and that requires a team that delivers the same trusted experience every single time.
